With a percussive approach to his instrument and his writing, Gabriele's music combines his love for jazz and improvisation with his classical upbringing, leaving large spaces for improvisation. He’s played with Stormzy, Wizkid, Bob Geldoff, Jordan Rakei, Daymé Arocena, Imelda May, Kamaal Williams, Mostack, Tiana Major9, Stefflon Don, and General Levy among many others but his own sound reflects his love of jazz and commitment to groove and free expression.
